My name is Lau Ribeiro, I have been a yogi for a decade, then I decided to be a Yoga Instructor and Yoga Therapist. I recognize my full potential comes from the Breathing IN, also Breathing OUT, what this means is to INHALE THE PEACE, EXHALE THE ‘…”, with bare feet.

YOGA FOR CHILDREN
It includes poses to increase strength, flexibility, and coordination. Classes are intended to be fun and may include age-appropriate games, animal sounds and creative names for poses.
Your child is unique when they learn to breathing properly, understand the feelings, they can manage the situations with a “POWER EMOTIONAL.”

🧘Yoga Therapy sessions and private lessons
Yoga therapy is a valuable aid that will support the immune system, soothe the nervous system, loosen muscle tension, correct bad postural habits, help regulate the functioning of the cardiovascular system, and much more… give you all the keys to restructure your body and learn how to regenerate in depth!
Yoga combines asanas (sequences of postures), breathing exercises and meditation. Yoga has mechanical effects, it acts on all the key points of our physical health by strengthening the muscles, making the body more flexible, improving posture and boosting our endurance. Yoga also acts very strongly on the mind and can be likened to a form of gentle psychotherapy: it improves self-esteem and encourages letting go. Breathing exercises are a fundamental ally in managing emotions: fear, anger, anxiety. They allow you to find a general state of mental peace. Yoga therapy will re-energize your body while calming your fears and ruminations, frequent emotions after the announcement of the diagnosis.
Practicing yoga will also reduce joint and muscle pain – often aggravated by treatments. Regular practice will promote the secretion of endorphins that calm pain and reduce the production of inflammatory substances known to feed cancer, especially in patients with breast cancer.

🧘Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga was developed by Paul Grilley in the 1990s, combining Chinese medicine, the slow approach of Taoism and the postures of Indian yoga.
Thanks to postures maintained in a relaxed way over several minutes, it is a practice that brings benefits on a physical, energetic and mental level:
Yin yoga makes it possible to reach the deep tissues of the body such as the joints, the connective tissues (fascias, ligaments, …) and the bones… to soften them, strengthen them and improve flexibility.
The postures of yin Yoga solicit the various meridians of the body, thus facilitating the harmonious circulation of energy (Qi)
Yin yoga is a calm practice that promotes a meditative state, a moment of introspection and connection to one’s interiority.
It is a gentle yoga that responds to the need to slow down, to take your time in a society that always pushes us to more.
It then becomes possible to experience a deep letting go and to connect to one’s interiority.

🧘Asana Vinyasa
helps with muscle building (including deep muscles), cardiovascular conditioning, gaining flexibility, balance and joint mobilization;
is an activity without impacts and therefore very gentle for the most fragile joints;
tones and sculpts the whole body;
helps to improve the general posture of the body, especially that of the back;
helps to soften and relax the fascia and thus release the blockages therein;
also helps to eliminate certain tensions or muscle and joint pain, especially in the back;
also helps boost metabolism and gain energy;
this yoga being more intense and dynamic than the others, it also helps to let off steam, evacuate and find lightness in body and mind. – Sweating will also help eliminate toxins;
Vinyasa yoga can also be a physical activity practiced with the aim of weight loss, since it combines cardio, stretching and muscle strengthening;
also helps to learn to breathe better;
deep and conscious breathing helps oxygenate cells, tissues and organs;
certain digestive problems, respiratory allergies, headaches, fatigue, etc. can be reduced or even disappear;
the fact of synchronizing breathing and movement helps to find oneself and have a better knowledge of oneself and one’s body, one’s capacities and one’s limits;
promotes meditation, appeasement, relaxation, letting go, helps reduce anxiety and stress and calm the emotional state;
promotes good mood and renewed self-confidence;
also helps improve sleep and sleep quality;

helps to promote concentration since it requires monitoring the intensity and variety of postures. The mind has “no time” to scatter;
also avoids the fatigue and boredom associated with the redundancy of an activity. Routine does not exist with Vinyasa yoga.
